The City of Tool is a Type “A” General Law municipality consisting of a Mayor and five City Council members. Regular City Council meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm at the Oran White Civic. See the City of Tool

This budget will raise the same amount of revenue from property taxes as last year’s budget. The property tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year is $8,401.00.

THIS BUDGET WILL RAISE MORE TOTAL PROPERTY TAXES THAN LAST YEAR'S BUDGET BY $5,326 (0.770%), AND OF THAT AMOUNT, $11,857 IS TAX REVENUE TO BE RAISED FROM NEW PROPERTY ADDED TO THE TAX ROLL THIS YEAR.
